⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, approved STATE NMLS license is essential.

• A meticulous approach combined with proven, thoughtful decision-making abilities.

• The commitment to uphold all mortgage licenses by fulfilling mandatory annual continuing education requirements.

• A strong, practical understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Competence in using technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.

• Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters pertinent to the mortgage industry.

• The capability and enthusiasm to nurture and expand a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is considered a significant advantage (A PLUS!).
