Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Originate and oversee mortgage loan purchases from the application stage to closing.

• Transform company-generated purchase leads into funded loans.

• Cultivate robust relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.

• Manage a dynamic pipeline while adhering to established service levels and productivity standards.

• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience through communication via phone, email, and text.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in mortgage origination, particularly focused on purchase transactions.

• Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or a Loan Originator under a federal bank license.

• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.

• Strong client service orientation complemented by consultative sales abilities.

• Proficient in CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
