⛳️ Requirements

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license is essential.

• A detail-oriented mindset along with proven, thoughtful decision-making abilities.

• The discipline to uphold all mortgage licenses by completing required annual continuing education.

• A solid working knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.

• Proficient in utilizing technical systems and software, such as Encompass.

• Up-to-date awareness of regulatory, policy, and compliance matters related to the mortgage industry.

• The capability and enthusiasm to maintain and expand a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.

• Being bilingual is a significant advantage (A PLUS!).
