This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the entire mortgage process lifecycle, which encompasses originations, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, closing, post-closing, and warehouse management.

• Creating processes and procedures, providing training, and supervising personnel at all levels.

• Significant experience in the mortgage lending sector, with a deep understanding of various mortgage products including FHA/VA, USDA, CONV, JUMBO, Non-QM, State Bond, and HELOC.

• Developing business rules and online platforms for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage lending field.

• Strong expertise in digital HELOC products.

• Comprehensive understanding of the full mortgage process, including originations, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, closing, post-closing, and warehouse management.

• Proven experience in developing processes and procedures, training, and managing personnel at all levels.

• Familiarity with operating systems such as Encompass, Integra, Fiserv, Floify, BeSmartee, and Blink+.

• Capability to establish business rules and online portals for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers.

• Must hold an NMLS license.
