This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Analysis and preparation of contracts and contractual documents (B2B, suppliers, partners)
• Legal research and preparation of analyses and notes for business needs
• Support in the area of compliance and personal data protection
• Participation in conducting proceedings and preparing letters and correspondence with authorities
• Monitoring changes in regulations significant for the company's operations
• Building and improving internal tools and workflows supported by AI for legal services
• Legal education (completed studies or final years)
• Excellent text analysis skills and logical, structured thinking
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
• A natural curiosity about AI and a desire to integrate it into daily work
• Very good command of Polish, both spoken and written, along with a good knowledge of English
• Proactivity and independence in seeking answers
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Initial experience (internship, traineeship) in a law firm or legal department
• Interest in medical law, pharmaceutical law, data protection, or insurance sector regulations
• Experience with AI tools beyond basic usage
