• Design and oversee Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint ecosystems

• Propel device management, security protocols, and automation processes

• Spearhead endpoint strategy (Autopilot, lifecycle management, compliance)

• Diagnose intricate issues and enhance global IT services

• Collaborate across IT, Security, and Cloud teams

• Over 5 years of experience in IT, specializing in Modern Workplace / EUC

• Extensive expertise in Intune, M365, and Azure AD (Entra)

• Familiarity with endpoint management, MDM/MAM, and security best practices

• Practical, solution-focused, and adept in global settings
