This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop intuitive and scalable Anaplan models that align with the objectives of clients' businesses.

• Take ownership of specific project workstreams and engage closely with both clients and internal teams.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, convert business needs into technical specifications, and analyze data to inform decision-making.

• Design and implement medium-to-large scale solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Document meeting results, monitor key decisions, and communicate clear, actionable updates.

• Collaborate with various teams to guarantee efficient project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Tru’s commercial and delivery objectives.

• Effectively manage your time to meet or surpass billable-hour expectations.

• Anaplan Model Builder certification (mandatory)

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or technical model development

• Strong grasp of financial processes; experience in higher education or the public sector is a plus

• Intermediate skills in architecting and integrating end-to-end solutions

• Proficient in Agile project delivery and comfortable leading sprints or daily stand-ups

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
