This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of and enhance the architecture of PandaDoc’s mobile applications across various platforms (iOS, Android) using React Native.
• Influence technical decisions and establish standards for code quality, testing, performance, and cross-team integrations.
• Create shared infrastructure, libraries, and components for utilization across multiple teams.
• Enhance the developer experience, tools, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders to convert product strategies into actionable engineering roadmaps.
• Balance technical debt and the development of new features while ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, offering guidance on career advancement, skill enhancement, and technical obstacles.
• Establish effective processes for team delivery, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Set ambitious objectives and assist your team in achieving them.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier mobile engineering talent.
• Work closely with track leadership to contribute to company-wide and track-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure the mobile experience aligns with PandaDoc’s strategy and meets customer needs.
• Propel continuous improvement across mobile engineering practices to ensure efficiency and predictability.
• Over 8 years of engineering experience, with substantial expertise in mobile development and hands-on coding.
• Demonstrated experience in leading mobile architecture and cross-platform solutions (React Native, iOS, Android).
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and mobile development best practices.
• Experience in building shared libraries, UI components, navigation frameworks, or developer tools.
• Previously contributed to delivery processes and the enhancement of engineering efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing and mentoring engineers.
• Experience in product organizations, balancing both business and technical priorities.
• A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment, focused on customer and product needs.
• A hands-on problem solver who can balance technical execution with team leadership duties.
• Competitive salary (If you are located in Poland the salary range is 275k-415k PLN annually/gross)
