Mobile Service Representative – Bicycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will travel throughout the city, attending various appointments to meet customers.

• Your responsibility will be to fix their bicycles, with the goal of getting them back on the road as quickly as possible, while delivering a top-notch repair experience.

• Utilizing our remote diagnostics, you will already be aware of the issue and the solution prior to arriving.

• Our dedicated Repair team will be available by phone in case you encounter any unexpected challenges.

• Must possess self-employed or freelance status.

• Proficiency in the local language as well as English is required.
