Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the mortgage customer base and engage in mortgage development strategies.

• Seek referrals from real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other influential contacts.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships.

• Establish and oversee an independent mortgage sales enterprise.

• Utilize TD’s sales management system to monitor sales activities.

• Collaborate on sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager.

• Attend monthly coaching sessions.

• Provide customers with access to TD’s financial products and services.

• Demonstrated success in sales.

• Outstanding sales skills of the highest quality.

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

• Capable of operating independently as a self-managed professional.

• Experience in building new business within a dynamic and competitive market.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management abilities.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication processes.

• Preferred post-secondary education.

• Ability to comply with provincial employment regulations in Canada.
