• Drive mortgage business growth by seeking referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential networks.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships.

• Create a customer base through a proactive and strategic methodology.

• Maintain a flexible schedule to harmonize professional and personal commitments.

• Engage in targeted sales training to enhance sales capabilities and credit expertise.

• Integrate into TD’s employee-centric corporate culture and team environment.

• Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales initiatives and monthly coaching sessions.

• Utilize TD’s sales management system to oversee sales activities and foster success.

• Develop an independent mortgage business leveraging TD’s brand identity.
