This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Create a strategic roadmap for video advertising themes, including cinematic trailers, gameplay edits, "fail" ads, and live-action/user-generated content.
• Oversee a team of video editors to generate a significant volume of assets on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to evaluate hook rates, hold rates, and conversion metrics.
• Keep abreast of mobile advertising trends and perform competitive analyses.
• Ensure that all ad creatives are aligned with the game’s universe while exploring innovative approaches that are effective.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile gaming or a performance marketing agency.
• Proven track record with a portfolio of ads that significantly impacted the App Store/Google Play.
• Knowledge of the critical importance of the first 3 seconds in a video.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects/Premiere).
• Familiarity with Unity/Unreal engine for capturing gameplay footage.
