Mobile Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately and promptly enter and process necessary data.

• Complete tasks efficiently and adhere to specified completion deadlines.

• Comply with safety and quality standards.

• Follow the operational, quality, and safety policies and procedures set by the company and clients.

• Provide exceptional service to customers and aim to surpass their expectations.

• Conduct work in residential, rural, commercial, and/or industrial environments.

• Travel between assignments while delivering public safety services.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a fifth-wheel, travel trailer, or motorhome; camper vans are acceptable if accompanied by a separate vehicle for work use.

• Hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license.

• Demonstrate proficiency in using technology.

• Experience as an RV Workcamper is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Willingness to be deployed anywhere across the nation.

• Availability for 4–5 weeks of training at a designated location.

• Must have access to a laptop, computer, and internet for virtual training sessions.

• Must comply with safety regulations.

• Previous customer service experience is required.

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to walk over 3 miles each day.

• Valid vehicle insurance coverage is mandatory before starting employment.

• Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and walk several miles daily.

• Ability to carry a minimum of 10 lbs. of equipment.
