Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

• Maintain and enhance existing applications while troubleshooting issues as they occur.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices in mobile development.

• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and frameworks in the mobile development space.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong foundation as a native mobile app developer for both Android (Kotlin, Java) and iOS (Swift, Objective-C), preferably with experience in both platforms.

• Familiarity with industry-standard mobile frameworks and libraries (such as Android: Jetpack, Dagger, Retrofit, Coroutines; iOS: SwiftUI, Combine, CoreData).

• Experience with mobile app architectures like MVVM, MVP, and MVC, along with integrating APIs and backend services (e.g., RESTful services, GraphQL).

• Strong grasp of mobile design principles and user experience optimization, including platform-specific guidelines (Google Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines).

• Proficient in mobile testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, XCUITest) to ensure code quality and reliability across various devices.
