This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist expanding teams throughout the enterprise and clinic channels by collaborating with cross-functional work streams that promote success at scale across various customer channels.
• Act as a bridge between Customer Success and other business areas such as marketing, partnerships, and lab operations, ensuring feedback loops are maintained among these entities to support a successful event.
• Prioritize execution for high-value customer offerings, specifically onsite blood draw events: Work closely with Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Customer Service to guarantee seamless overall events, including pre- and post-event tasks (mobile tour stops, onsite events at customer offices, and customer visits to GRAIL’s office).
• Manage project plans utilizing established tracking tools to facilitate event project management leading up to and following an event. Provide assistance to cross-functional partners in hosting blood draw events, both internally and with customers/prospects.
• Coordinate the scheduling of vendor partners, such as phlebotomists, and ordering provider networks in relation to testing events.
• Take the lead for blood draw events (which will include both remotely led and onsite events), orchestrating internal and external staff activities to establish a high-quality, effective process for customers, while addressing any potential issues that may arise. Collect feedback and share best practices to enable future scaling.
• Support the events team by offering project support and post-event reporting, while maintaining a solid understanding of the complex requirements for a variety of events.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, account management, event planning, or event management; or 2+ years if candidates possess direct GRAIL experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% to support onsite events.
