This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborating with Data Science teams to deploy Machine Learning models into production.
• Designing and delivering GenAI solutions.
• Implementing practical and innovative LLM/ML/AI automation for scalability and efficiency.
• Designing, delivering, and managing industrial-grade processing pipelines.
• Defining and executing best practices for the ML models lifecycle and ML operations/LLM operations.
• Establishing AI/MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and assisting Data Science teams in adhering to best practices.
• Acquiring and utilizing knowledge of contemporary techniques, tools, and frameworks in ML Architecture and Operations.
• Gathering technical requirements and estimating workloads.
• Presenting solutions, concepts, and outcomes to both internal and external clients.
• Developing technical documentation.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, with the last 3 years focused on building Data processing.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing production-ready Python code (e.g., microservices, APIs, etc.).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing production-ready ML-related code.
• At least 1 year of experience with GenAI (ChatGPT, Gemini, RAGs, prompt engineering).
• Practical experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools such as AzureML/AzureAI.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Solid understanding of ML/AI concepts, including algorithm types, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model lifecycle, and AI architectures.
• Familiarity with Cloud concepts and architectures, along with hands-on knowledge of selected cloud services, preferably Azure or GCP.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Integration, Data Governance, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, MLOps.
• Practical experience with Spark/PySpark and Hive in Big Data Platforms like Databricks, EMR, or similar.
• Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and provide support to peers.
• Willingness to take responsibility for tasks and deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
