This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, cultivating robust relationships with government end users and commercial customers.
• Organize regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share updates, collect feedback, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to guarantee the timely and successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Convert client requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of our PaaS offerings.
• Assist clients in navigating the Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance process, ensuring adherence to required security and regulatory standards.
• Keep informed about compliance trends, government regulations, and cloud security best practices to enhance client success.
• Act as a reliable technical consultant, aiding clients in maximizing their use of our platform.
• Represent client interests by providing feedback and insights to guide product development and improvements.
• Track customer success metrics such as adoption rates, satisfaction scores, and retention to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer outcomes and boosting platform utilization.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer success, technical delivery, or a similar role, ideally within the PaaS or cloud infrastructure sectors.
• In-depth understanding of government end-user environments and the ATO compliance process.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering enterprise solutions in high-pressure settings.
• Outstanding communication abilities with the capacity to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in using tools like GitLab for ticketing and collaboration, along with Salesforce for CRM management.
• Knowledge of government and Department of Defense (DoD) environments is highly advantageous.
• Capability to navigate and collaborate in a fast-paced, growing startup atmosphere.
• Previous experience in a startup is preferred.
