Mission Finding Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Reports to a supervisor within the Finding Support Center.

• Implements and enhances the production of advertising campaigns by the Finding Support Center, ensuring that the advertisements are of high quality, align with the Church's values and goals, and are culturally relevant, resonating with diverse audiences.

• Develops and maintains Tableau dashboards.

• Analyzes advertising metrics, key indicators, and routing reports to identify opportunities for global finding enhancement.

• Translates complex information into clear insights and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

• Conducts experiments, guided by the Worldwide Finding Team, to establish advertising best practices at the Finding Support Center.

• Creates spreadsheets and processes to assess the outputs, outcomes, and impacts of the Finding Support Center.

• Aids in the continuous training and development of Mission Finding Specialists and Supervisors.

• Leads small teams of Mission Finding Specialists on various ad-hoc projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Returned missionary.

• Six months of experience as a Mission Finding Specialist or one year of social media marketing or related experience.

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in utilizing social media for missionary initiatives.

• Capable of effectively planning time to manage and collaborate on multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Training experience is required.

• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with data processing software (such as Python, APIs, Tableau, R, Javascript (Google Appscript), etc.).

• Experience with PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication skills (written, virtual, and verbal).

• Self-motivated, innovative, and committed to continuous learning.

• Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

• To effectively carry out the essential functions of the role, certain physical requirements must be met, such as prolonged sitting and using monitors/equipment.
