Minijob Content Creator, m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop meme concepts for @karlsruher.memes and implement them independently or in collaboration with us.

• You will conduct daily research on current happenings in Karlsruhe, including topics related to KSC, the university, the city center, gastronomy, events, public transport, urban life, and local controversies.

• You will create simple reels, story ideas, and formats that resonate with the page and genuinely connect with the young Karlsruhe community.

• You will gather user-generated content (UGC), including videos, tips, and submissions from the community, and assist in transforming them into quality content.

• You will plan stories, occasionally respond to DMs, and develop an understanding of what the community wants to see.

• If you're interested, you can also occasionally appear on camera.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are from Karlsruhe or have extensive knowledge of the city.

• You understand local humor and know which topics resonate in Karlsruhe.

• You actively use Instagram and TikTok and comprehend why certain memes, reels, or stories go viral.

• You possess a strong sense of design, language, and timing.

• You can reliably work remotely and manage your tasks independently.

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, or similar tools is a plus, but not mandatory if you are a quick learner.

• You do not need a completed degree or perfect agency experience.
