Learning and Development Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality educational content in various formats, such as eLearning modules, video-based learning, workshops and facilitator guides, toolkits and playbooks, presentations and digital resources, as well as learning journeys and capability programs.

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to convert intricate topics into clear, learner-centered experiences that are practical, memorable, and applicable in real-world scenarios.

• Utilize modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI-enabled strategies to deliver captivating digital experiences at scale, exploring innovative methods to: enhance learner engagement and accessibility, improve user experience, increase learning effectiveness and reach, and introduce fresh ideas and creative solutions to the learning environment.

• Produce enablement content that empowers employees to build confidence, capability, and performance in areas such as customer value and market understanding, product and solution knowledge, sales effectiveness, leadership capability, and both professional and personal development.

• Oversee learning libraries and digital assets.

• Ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.

• Utilize learner feedback and analytics to enhance effectiveness.

• Create reusable templates, frameworks, and design standards that promote consistency and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing learning content within a Learning & Development, Enablement, or Digital Learning context.

• Strong expertise in instructional design coupled with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.

• Experience with digital learning technologies, authoring tools, video creation software, and multimedia platforms.

• Ability to distill complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• High attention to detail paired with a creative mindset.

• A curious, creative, commercially-minded, and collaborative attitude, with a pragmatic approach.

• Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in English.
