This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee transit and intercity mileage accounts, managing new and existing sales, customer relations, inventory management, collections, scrap and retread disposition, and removal.
• Supervise account maintenance and oversee Bus Technicians and Work Leaders.
• Manage profit and loss statements while controlling territory expenses, including travel, services, and supplies as required for service accounts.
• Responsible for the coordination and deployment of selected Solutions, collaborating with customers and dealer partners, and managing the onboarding of new solutions.
• Ensure customers adhere to the contractual obligations outlined in the Mileage Sales Agreement.
• Maintain the relationship with servicing tire dealers to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations regarding service and product issues.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to perform physical inventory management and conduct shop/fleet inspections, including tire work.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in remote work management.

• Industry-specific experience with tire knowledge.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and timekeeping systems.
• Previous sales experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
