Mid/Sr. Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and deploy comprehensive product interfaces, encompassing user-oriented workflows, APIs, data models, and integrations.

• Decompose projects into manageable tasks, provide accurate estimates, and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

• Produce clean, well-documented code, engage in constructive code reviews, enhance test coverage, and minimize technical debt through practical refactoring.

• Observe production performance using monitoring tools, create visual dashboards, and enhance systems based on latency, memory utilization, and query performance.

• Collaborate across various departments including Product, Design, and QA teams. Mentor and guide early-career engineers by sharing insights and modeling best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred (or equivalent mid-to-senior level expertise) in delivering full-stack software in a production setting.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, testing, and sustaining features across both frontend user interfaces and backend services.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, integrations, networked services, or accuracy-critical systems (such as payment-related or financial workflows).

• Capability to work autonomously, clarify uncertainties, and resolve complex challenges with minimal supervision in a dynamic startup/B2B SaaS environment.

• Strong communication skills regarding project scope, trade-offs, and technical limitations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
