Mid/Senior Web3 QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement robust testing frameworks for REST APIs and backend services, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security throughout integrations.

• Construct automated test suites to encompass our various endpoints.

• Collaborate with our current QA team to maintain and enhance our testing standards.

• Guarantee high-quality benchmarks for software solutions and newly introduced features.

• Oversee and monitor known bugs until they are resolved.

• Identify and articulate product issues, suggesting solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

• Work alongside the development team to ensure that quality assurance practices are consistently adhered to.

• Partner closely with the product and tech lead to foster a shift-left approach within the team.

• Create and uphold clear and detailed testing documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA, including at least 3 years in the Web3 domain, with a solid foundation in REST API and web application testing.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies in the blockchain sector and a commitment to continuously broaden knowledge.

• Expertise in Git, GitHub (Actions), TypeScript, Playwright, and Postman.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, with a self-motivated approach to daily responsibilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt swiftly to new changes.

• Tech-savvy, with the ability to comprehend development modifications and ensure feature compatibility.

• Ideally, some experience with Linear and familiarity with quality assurance tools.
