Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements, focusing on established AI characters (our proprietary IPs).

• Produce narrative-driven, longform video content, featuring both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with an emphasis on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout.

• Oversee and manage comprehensive AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Work extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, creating, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for generating images and videos.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and maintain consistency in character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques.

• Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to ensure cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead to align with their creative direction while maintaining a significant level of independence in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, accompanied by a robust portfolio (AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated expertise with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the development and management of complex node-based workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and associated tools (Advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Experience with traditional editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.
