Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements, focusing on existing AI characters from our intellectual properties.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content featuring stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual consistency.

• Oversee the entire AI video production process, from ideation and prompting through to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, creating, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video generation.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to deliver high-quality visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across lengthy narratives by employing advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to achieve cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing expertise with the team.

• Work in alignment with your Content Lead’s creative vision while exercising a high level of autonomy in execution and technical choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for increased efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, accompanied by a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated experience with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the construction and management of complex node-based workflows.

• Advanced proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (including advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, covering prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High level of ownership — able to independently take ideas from concept to completion.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve rapidly.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated — consistently exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.
