Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer – Logistics Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications utilizing TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React.js

• Create new functionalities from the ground up, including role-based access control services, API integration services, and custom endpoints

• Operate within an AI-augmented development environment, utilizing tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define, design, and implement new features

• Ensure code quality, security, and performance by critically assessing AI-generated outputs

• Engage in SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to team planning, estimation, and retrospectives

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional development experience with an emphasis on TypeScript/JavaScript

• Demonstrated expertise in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, and REST API development

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)

• Capability to craft clear prompts for code generation and refactoring

• Skills in assessing AI-generated code for security and performance ramifications

• Proficiency in debugging and validating AI-generated code

• Familiarity with AI-driven development frameworks (BMAD, Superpowers, GSD, spec-kit, or equivalent)

• Experience with any cloud provider (preferably Azure)

• Experience working in SCRUM teams

• Fluent English is a plus
