Middle to Senior Python Developer – Core Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Make architectural choices for the product's backend.

• Design, develop the backend, and write tests for implementation.

• Oversee the seamless operation of the production environment.

• Assess performance and optimize as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial development experience, including hands-on coding without reliance on AI tools.

• Strong expertise in Python 3.x and Django.

• Experience in designing and developing complex, high-load systems.

• In-depth understanding of general programming concepts, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Native or fluent proficiency in the Russian language.

• Upper-intermediate or intermediate proficiency in English.

• Preferred: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and an understanding of their key features.

• Experience in iGaming, KYC, compliance, or other regulated sectors is a plus.
