📋 Description

• Validate both live and pre-match sports betting activities using Fairplay Monitor and internal alert systems.

• Identify and intercept suspicious betting behaviors, including arbitrage, value exploitation, latency abuse, and unusual winnings.

• Examine player behavior across various accounts to uncover organized fraud schemes and bonus abuse.

• Implement immediate risk mitigation measures, independently initiating account segmentation, betting limits, and market restrictions.

• Initiate verification requests for suspicious accounts to rigorously validate player identities and prevent bad actors.

• Address complex customer cases and internal JSM tickets related to fraud suspicions while adhering to operational SLAs.

• Collaborate with Trading, Payments, Risk, and Integrity teams to conduct thorough investigations into betting anomalies.

• Maintain audit-ready case notes and keep accurate internal tracking tables for all antifraud activities.

• Enhance our workflows by reporting bugs, clarifying rule logic, and proposing improvements to our detection systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in sports betting operations, fraud detection, or risk monitoring.

• Strong grasp of sports betting mechanics, odds logic, and prevalent fraud schemes (e.g., arbitrage, value betting).

• Demonstrated ability to make rapid, independent decisions under pressure while maintaining high operational accuracy.

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment on a structured 4/2 rotating shift schedule (including morning, evening, and night shifts).

• Intermediate English level (B1+) for effective communication with cross-functional teams and documentation maintenance.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with BI tools (such as Tableau) or managing large operational datasets.

• Familiarity with alert-based fraud detection systems (e.g., Fairplay Monitor).

• Basic knowledge of SQL for independent data validation.
