Middle Full-Stack Web Engineer – Node.js, Vue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the primary website;

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the existing website architecture and its functionalities;

• Develop new features related to trials, licensing, and checkout processes;

• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch landing pages and product promotions;

• Establish and manage pre-designed web assets such as banners and pop-ups;

• Assist in the email marketing setup, including configuration of Sendy and MailChimp;

• Aid in the gradual migration of marketing automations from MailChimp to Sendy;

• Enhance website performance and optimize page load speeds;

• Sustain and elevate the quality of the codebase;

• Contribute to various web projects within the organization;

• Suggest enhancements to the architecture as necessary;

• Refactor legacy code when it leads to improved stability or performance;

• Create new features while ensuring platform stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Full Stack Developer role or equivalent positions;

• Expertise in developing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as SvelteKit or Vue.js;

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and VanillaJS;

• Comprehensive knowledge of Node.js for server-side programming;

• English proficiency at B1+ level (for reading documentation and written communication);

• Familiarity with S3 buckets or comparable systems;

• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis;

• Proven experience in developing and integrating REST APIs;

• Solid grasp of front-end optimization techniques and the web rendering process;

• Experience using Docker and Docker-compose for containerization and deployment;

• Advanced skills in front-end development with Tailwind CSS;

• Strong understanding of application architecture and software design principles;

• Ability to work closely with product and marketing teams on website enhancements and experiments;

• Keen attention to detail;

• Capability to communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
