Middle Full Stack Developer, Logistics Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications utilizing TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React.js.

• Build new features from the ground up, including role-based access control services, API integration services, and custom endpoints.

• Operate within an AI-enhanced development environment, taking advantage of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define, design, and implement new functionalities.

• Ensure the quality, security, and performance of code through thorough assessment of AI-generated outputs.

• Engage in SCRUM ceremonies and actively contribute to team planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional development experience with a concentration on TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, and REST API development.

• Familiarity with Go programming language.

• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).

• Capability to craft clear prompts for the purposes of code generation and refactoring.

• Skills in assessing AI-generated code for security and performance considerations.

• Experience in translating AI-generated specifications into actionable implementation tasks.

• Expertise in debugging and validating AI-generated code.

• Understanding of AI-driven development frameworks (BMAD, Superpowers, GSD, spec-kit, or equivalent).

• Experience with any cloud service provider (preferably Azure).

• Proven experience working within SCRUM teams.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.

• Experience integrating and collaborating with design systems (such as Tailwind, Storybook).

• Established experience with AI-augmented development (through personal projects or certifications).
