Middle Full Stack Developer – Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable applications utilizing Java and contemporary frontend technologies.

• Lead by example and mentor a development team in their daily deliveries.

• Continuously enhance engineering practices.

• Facilitate technical discussions and play a role in architectural decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure the production of clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Take ownership of features and independently deliver end-to-end solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of commercial software development experience with Java.

• Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript and React.js.

• Experience in API design and development.

• Strong grasp of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.

• Familiarity with design patterns, clean code principles, and testing methodologies.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willingness to utilize modern AI tools in daily development workflows, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and ChatGPT.

• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.

• Leadership mindset with a practical approach.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused attitude.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Team-oriented collaborative spirit.

• Capability to accurately estimate work and commit to delivery schedules.

• Experience with microservices architecture is an advantage.

• Cloud and cloud-native experience is a plus; familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with OSS/BSS integrations and knowledge of CAMARA and GSMA standards are significant advantages.

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development is a plus.

• Experience in performance tuning and system optimization is an advantage.
