This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee and enhance paid media initiatives across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Track campaign pacing, budget allocations, bidding strategies, and overall performance metrics.
• Initiate new campaigns aligned with client goals and priorities.
• Examine campaign data and implement improvements to boost business results.
• Scale, pause, or modify campaigns based on performance indicators.
• Provide support for paid media activities across Bing Ads as necessary.
• Maintain and refresh weekly client reporting dashboards.
• Evaluate both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel performance metrics.
• Link campaign performance to qualified meetings, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
• Review CRM reports within HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Spot reporting discrepancies and suggest corrective measures.
• Convert performance data into actionable insights for clients.
• Engage in weekly client meetings and performance evaluations.
• Prepare agendas, insights, and suggestions for client interactions.
• Monitor action items and ensure they are completed on time.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Gradually take on increased responsibility for client accounts.
• Create and refine ad copy for paid media campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs for designers.
• Review creative materials prior to launch.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and necessary approvals.
• Ensure that campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
• Manage tasks and priorities using Asana.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Maintain organization across multiple campaigns and client accounts.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.
• Familiarity with managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Experience handling significant advertising budgets.
• Skilled in optimizing campaigns based on pacing, bidding, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in working with HubSpot and/or Salesforce reporting.
• Ability to connect paid media performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Experience utilizing dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign performance data.
• Background in a client-facing agency or consultancy setting.
• Experience with Bing Ads is a plus.
• This position is open to candidates residing in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours in alignment with the client’s time zone.
