⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in design.

• Extensive background in AI-led creative production and contemporary design workflows.

• Proficiency in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling techniques.

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Figma, and other digital design tools.

• Experience in creating impactful assets for FMCG, consumer brands, or digital marketing initiatives.

• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools such as Midjourney, Freepik AI, Kling AI, or similar platforms.

• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and motion principles.

• Ability to balance creativity, speed, and meticulousness in a deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in developing content tailored for social media and digital engagement channels.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the capability to work effectively across teams.

• A portfolio showcasing innovative design thinking, motion graphics skills, and consumer-focused creative work.
