Mid .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and sustain back-end services utilizing C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

• Create and enhance SOAP and REST APIs, adhering to best practices and versioning protocols.

• Maintain service reliability through unit and integration testing, as well as troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate on the integration of diverse systems and services, applying software design patterns effectively.

• Perform code reviews and offer guidance to junior team members.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing them to enhance existing solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and best practices to boost development efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in live production environments.

• Strong knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including experience in database design and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with SOAP and RESTful services.

• Expertise in XML serialization/deserialization.

• Deep understanding of software design patterns and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication abilities and adaptability in dynamic, multicultural teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Proactive ownership of tasks with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Strong communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative team player who prioritizes collective success.

• Ability to adjust to ambiguity and changing requirements.

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic software development approaches.
