This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and independently to establish a robust pipeline, consistently achieving or surpassing personal sales targets.

• Discover new business prospects while fostering and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers, within designated accounts.

• Engage within client organizations to sway influential decision-makers, typically at the executive level.

• Act as an ambassador for Teramind, representing the company within strategic client accounts.

• Effectively communicate and advocate for Teramind’s value proposition and services, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

• Create detailed account plans, engagement strategies, and growth objectives for each account in your portfolio.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional virtual teams to successfully close complex sales opportunities.

• Assume responsibility for sales opportunities, delivering precise forecasts of business outcomes and timelines.

• Oversee proof-of-value deployments in partnership with cross-functional teams to establish success criteria and guide customers toward favorable outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and network across various organizational levels, including C-suite executives.

• Solid understanding of security technologies and prevailing industry trends.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Proven capability to create and present compelling value propositions.

• Proficient in identifying and influencing key decision-makers.

• Achieved success in a quota-driven sales environment at the mid-market or enterprise level, with 4–6+ years of experience.

• Established track record of sales success within the IT security sector (preferred).

• Experience in closing deals ranging from $20K to $100K.

• Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).

• Strong business acumen, professionalism, and leadership qualities; takes initiative and drives results.

• Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
