This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and expand a designated portfolio of mid-market accounts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion.
• Assist in renewal discussions and facilitate commercial dialogues with clients.
• Create account strategies that promote customer growth and retention.
• Establish strong connections with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer business goals and operational challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor by suggesting solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Engage with customers regularly to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Manage several opportunities concurrently across a broad portfolio.
• Conduct discovery discussions and present tailored solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources to assist with customer opportunities.
• Progress opportunities through the sales pipeline and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance customer adoption and retention.
• Work alongside Solutions Engineering, Services, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and forecasting data within CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable tools.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship needs.
