Mid level/Senior, AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the adoption and advancement of agentic development tools, primarily utilizing Claude Code, within multidisciplinary teams.

• Establish and promote AI-assisted development methodologies grounded in Spec-Driven Development (Spec-Kit, BMAD), tailoring the lifecycle to suit each product's specific context.

• Create and execute agentic processes throughout the engineering workflow, including AI-assisted code reviews, test generation and maintenance, assisted refactoring, ongoing documentation, and pull request automation.

• Guide and mentor colleagues, enhancing the team's proficiency in AI-assisted engineering.

• Assist in organizing the squad’s backlog, focusing on prioritization of technical debt, architectural risks, and opportunities for AI automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with agentic development tools, especially Claude Code.

• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development methodologies, specifically Spec-Kit and/or BMAD.

• Proven experience in leading technical refinement sessions.

• (Preferred) Demonstrated expertise in applying agentic processes to development, including AI-assisted code review, QA agents, and pipeline automation.

• Current knowledge of emerging agentic workflows and the capability to adapt them to real-world operational scenarios.

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the development of custom agents for engineering workflows.
