Mid-level Telecom Developer – Amazon Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and enhance Contact Flows in Amazon Connect, covering call handling flows, routing, transfer/overflow, and exception management.

• Create and configure integrations with both internal and external systems utilizing APIs, AWS Lambda, and other AWS services.

• Assist in the design of the end-to-end journey, ensuring alignment between business flows and the technical logic of the solution.

• Conduct configuration tests, integration tests, and provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee the quality of deliverables.

• Address incidents, adjust configurations, and aid in the stabilization of flows post-validation.

• Document business rules, technical mappings, integrations, and testing evidence.

• Collaborate with senior specialists, requirements analysts, and business departments to evolve flows based on project priorities.

• Assist in environment setup, versioning, and the release of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Amazon Connect and the development of Contact Flows.

• Understanding of API integrations, JSON, and AWS serverless services.

• Familiarity with IVR systems, routing, queues, callbacks, and call recording.

• Experience in functional, integration, and acceptance testing.

• Knowledge of omnichannel service models and contact center solutions.

• Basic knowledge of observability, logging, and support for failure analysis.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
