Mid-level Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the support, maintenance, and enhancement of Azure Cloud solutions, including configurations, monitoring, and resource optimization;

• Aid in the implementation and upkeep of environments utilizing microservices architecture;

• Manage and provide assistance for Linux servers and environments, ensuring their availability, stability, and performance;

• Resolve incidents and issues in staging and production environments, identifying root causes and applying solutions;

• Oversee the health of environments and suggest ongoing improvements to boost reliability and operational efficiency;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align requirements and guarantee the quality of deliverables;

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for environments and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, either completed or currently in progress

• Experience in support and maintenance within Azure Cloud

• Familiarity with microservices architecture

• Experience in administering and supporting Linux environments

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing incidents in production settings

• Understanding of best practices for environment monitoring and support
