Mid-Level Software Engineer – Cloud Platforms, Java, Spring Boot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze, develop, and create robust cloud services using contemporary Java ecosystems and frameworks.

• Build and expand cloud computing infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP architectures.

• Implement secure and dependable backend workflows that manage throughput and maintain system consistency.

• Design and deploy resilient REST API architectures and WebServices to integrate data workflows.

• Utilize Hibernate and related ORM frameworks to manage data lifecycle and storage pipelines.

• Leverage the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Security, to enhance ecosystem capabilities.

• Execute system integration of software components to streamline complex workflows for end-users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to align backend APIs with Angular and React frontend experiences.

• Troubleshoot intricate architectural challenges and manage system optimizations at operational scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Over 5 years of experience in backend software development with a specialization in Java.

• Proficiency in Spring Boot for building, configuring, and securing microservices within automated cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with REST APIs to develop scalable endpoints that enable high-throughput data exchange.

• Knowledge of Hibernate to enhance object-relational mapping and execute advanced database queries.

• Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure to utilize Azure, AWS, or GCP services for scalable application deployments.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to analyze, isolate, and resolve complex systemic software issues.

• Experience in Agile collaboration to successfully deliver software increments within a cross-functional team environment.

• Ability to create clear technical documentation to outline system structures and developer guidelines for backend platforms.
