Mid-level Software Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain backend applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

• Create, implement, and enhance solutions based on microservices and distributed systems.

• Engage with both relational and non-relational databases, particularly focusing on MongoDB.

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure effective utilization of AWS services.

• Monitor applications and ensure observability using tools like Datadog, Grafana, or similar platforms.

• Implement development patterns and best practices while ensuring high code quality.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.

• Actively engage in the ongoing enhancement of processes, architecture, and team culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Java (version 11 or later).

• Strong proficiency in the Spring Framework / Spring Boot.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Kubernetes.

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed computing environments.

• Familiarity with non-relational databases, particularly MongoDB.

• Experience using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

• Good practices in version control with Git.

• Understanding of development patterns (e.g., SOLID, DDD, Event-Driven, etc.).

• Nice to have: Knowledge of .NET and Azure.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).

• Basic understanding of web application security principles.

• Engagement in technical communities or open-source projects.
