This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate solution discussions within the team, emphasizing internal conflicts, product challenges, and communication barriers to enhance collaboration and innovation;
• Eliminate obstacles or blockers that hinder the team's ability to deliver;
• Guide the development team in agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and ceremonies, serving as a reference point for product comprehension and work organization;
• Collaborate with clients to ascertain business and operational requirements;
• Create, monitor, and present data transformation roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Generate high-quality requirements and well-defined user stories with explicit acceptance criteria;
• Ensure user stories align with the established Definition of Ready and Definition of Done; refine, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs;
• Utilize KPIs and metrics to showcase project progress; analyze and track team metrics such as burndown, expected vs. actual velocity, and lead time/cycle time to evaluate project health and assist in planning;
• Advance our agile methodologies based on outcomes and client feedback to promote continuous improvement;
• Guarantee touchpoints are established throughout the project lifecycle to uphold a consistent vision (internally and externally);
• Recognize business opportunities and hypotheses while cultivating a profound understanding of users, stakeholders, and the issues that need resolution.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Experience in establishing and evolving cross-functional development teams;
• Background working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent teams;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.;
• Demonstrated experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello;
• Strong self-management and organizational abilities, thriving under pressure;
• Passionate advocate for Lean and Agile culture, promoting its principles and practices throughout the organization;
• Enthusiastic user and promoter of AI in daily operations to boost efficiency;
• Accountability, proactivity, and a robust sense of ownership;
• Energy, enthusiasm, and focus necessary to execute reliably and punctually;
• Continuous pursuit of learning and self-improvement (lifelong learner);
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities;
• Ability to inspire others and cultivate a positive, inclusive team environment;
• Comfortable collaborating with both co-located and remote teams;
• Skilled in building trusting relationships with partners;
• Capable of managing client relationships at all organizational levels;
• Able to comprehend complex technical concepts and convey them to non-technical stakeholders;
• Previous experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);
• Project management or Scrum certifications (PMP, Scrum Master) are advantageous.
