Mid-level Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Craft and outline user journeys: Establish navigation pathways, decision trees, scripts, and information architecture specifically tailored for conversational interfaces (chatbots, virtual assistants, messaging platforms).

• Research and validation: Perform user research, dialogue usability assessments, and data analysis to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and communication barriers.

• Specialized prototyping: Develop wireframes, conversation flows, and prototypes to validate and enhance interactions with users and internal stakeholders.

• Tone and voice assurance: Create and implement the brand's personality, tone, and voice in interactions, ensuring the use of natural, fluid, and inclusive language centered on problem-solving.

• Data-driven decisions: Evaluate interface performance metrics and conduct tests to improve existing flows.

• Collaboration and design advocacy: Present and justify design and UX writing choices, articulating the strategic reasoning behind flow and microcopy decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity or experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP (Natural Language Processing).

• Experience with product metrics and bot performance (e.g., CSAT, CES, conversion/resolution rate).
