Mid-level Platform Engineer – Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the Dev Center portal;

• Implement enhancements to the Developer Experience tools and workflows utilized by various teams;

• Contribute to the creation and evolution of clear, straightforward, and adoptable development Golden Paths;

• Minimize recurring obstacles in the development journey, thereby improving the technical experience;

• Generate technical documentation that aids in onboarding and proper platform utilization;

• Gradually increase autonomy and technical ownership of shared solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Front-end Developer (Mid-level or equivalent) within Developer Experience, platform, or enablement teams;

• Proficiency with React;

• Solid technical foundation in software development and experience in building tools;

• Strong interest and motivation to work in internal platforms or Developer Experience environments, with a clear focus on internal developers as the end users;

• Ability in technical documentation and standardizing workflows;

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation of development workflows.
