This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee services related to mobility
• Serve as the liaison between the client and AT&T's diverse teams
• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience
• Develop customer engagement strategies for operational enhancements
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
• Champion the customer's needs within AT&T
• Handle escalations within AT&T effectively
• Evaluate trends and identify root causes of problems
• At least four (4+) years of networking experience: LAN / WAN / WLAN / DHCP / DNS
• Excellent network troubleshooting abilities
• Competence in using various incident management systems
• Proficient in MS Office
• Collaborative team member with a positive outlook
• Highly driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Option for remote work
• Two months of on-site training at the client's premises
• Hybrid work model available after two months
• 24/7 operational framework with established shift schedules post-training
