• Proficient in backend development using .NET (C#).

• Interest in system maintenance/support and managing incident tickets.

• Strong grasp of programming logic and the capability to read and analyze code.

• Experience or familiarity with SQL Server, including the ability to write basic queries.

• Competence in reading and comprehending existing stored procedures and queries.

• Ability to assess issues, understand workflows, and pinpoint possible technical root causes.

• Resilient character with effective pressure management and task prioritization skills.

• Strong communication abilities to engage with both the technical team and partner stakeholders.

• Eagerness to learn and evolve technically within the .NET ecosystem.
