Mid-level Media and Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and TikTok Ads, ensuring accurate targeting, setup, and campaign organization.

• Manage campaigns from initial prospecting through to conversion, with an emphasis on performance and scalability.

• Track daily KPIs including CPL (cost per lead), CR (conversion rate), and ROAS, identify obstacles, and suggest improvements.

• Plan and implement tests for creatives, target audiences, bids, and landing pages.

• Collaborate with the Branding team to create and adapt creative assets that align with media best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing paid media.

• Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a solid understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, pixels/tags, and objectives.

• Strong analytical skills in measuring CPL, CPA, CR, CTR, CPC, ROAS, as well as attribution and report interpretation.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.

• An organized, data-driven individual eager to learn and experiment.

• Plus: experience with Bing Ads and TikTok Ads.

• Plus: understanding of tagging, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM parameters.

• Plus: experience with A/B testing and experimental methodologies.

• Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
