Mid-Level Lawyer – General Banking Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging in litigation and advisory tasks concerning a portfolio of plaintiff and defendant banking law cases, advocating for the interests of a financial institution.

• Composing legal opinions.

• Addressing legal inquiries.

• Submitting pleadings.

• Monitoring cases and following up on procedural matters.

• Handling procedural issues with judges' chambers and in courts.

• Participating in and leading hearings.

• Compiling reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exclusive commitment (no simultaneous external legal practice).

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• At least 5 (five) years of experience as an attorney specializing in banking law.

• Strong proactivity.

• Robust analytical abilities.

• Persistence and tenacity.

• Proficient in utilizing cloud-based platforms and working tools.
