Mid-Level Java / React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain applications utilizing Java and React.

• Develop microservices with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.

• Connect systems with cloud services, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline and deliver new features.

• Engage in code reviews to uphold software quality.

• Detect and address performance and scalability challenges.

• Contribute to architectures that facilitate coexistence with legacy systems.

• Work on event-driven solutions employing tools like Kafka.

• Document processes, technical solutions, and architectural choices.

• Suggest ongoing enhancements to processes and solutions alongside the team and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Java development.

• Proficiency in frontend development using React.

• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration.

• Experience with DevOps methods and CI/CD tools.

• Background in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Capability to identify issues and proactively suggest improvements.

• Preferred qualifications:

• Experience utilizing Generative Artificial Intelligence to enhance productivity.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with orchestration and integration tools such as BPM, ESB, or API Management.
