Mid-level Fullstack Developer, Node.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver Level 3 (N3) support by investigating and resolving critical incidents and intricate platform challenges.

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting on streaming applications, both back-end and front-end.

• Examine logs, metrics, and application behaviors to detect failures.

• Work collaboratively with N1/N2 teams, offering technical guidance and support for incident resolution.

• Create fixes (bug fixes) and implement minor evolutionary enhancements.

• Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of applications.

• Engage in deployments, validations, and post-production monitoring.

• Contribute to architectural advancements and the adoption of development best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in Node.js (back-end).

• Proficient in React (front-end).

• Understanding of REST APIs and service integrations.

• Experienced in troubleshooting and analyzing production issues.

• Knowledgeable in log analysis and application monitoring.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Acquainted with code versioning tools (Git, Bitbucket).

• Strong communication skills for engaging with various support levels (N1, N2) and stakeholders.
